ONE-OWNER Custom Built 1994 Pace Arrow 30E powered by a Chevrolet 454 with ONLY 9700 original miles. This RV was factory ordered by its owner back in 1994 and never had the chance to go on as many adventures as they planned for it. Unit is loaded and Interior is as close to NEW as it gets on a 22-yr old motor vehicle.
This unit has been WELL MAINTAINED and NEVER LIVED IN.
Come in through the side door and you'll find yourself in the middle of the living area. There's a convertible sofa, a recliner seat, and plenty of overhead cabinet space. To your right you'll find the driving station, with an overhead entertaining center. Turn left and you'll find the kitchen area with a fully equipped galley and a convertible dinette. The kitchen is equipped with solid wood cabinetry, hardwood flooring, Corian countertops, 3-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, double sink and refrigerator/freezer. Continue walking towards the back of the RV and you'll find a solid wood (cedar lined) closet to your right and a full size bathroom to your left. The bathroom comes equipped with a toilet, sink, cabinet and tub shower. Continue walking towards the back and you'll find a bedroom with two twin-size beds, a nightstand, overhead cabinetry and a TV.
This RV comes loaded with factory standard and custom-ordered features/options!!!
