This unit is powered by the Ford Powerstroke Turbo Diesel 7.3L Diesel engine that will run properly maintained into the 500,000 mile range - this one is just getting broken in with approximately 102,000 miles.
Tires were replaced in late 2018 and are in excellent condition. The unit features 3 large solar panels and 6 Battleborn Lithium House batteries that power all house functions and there are 2 batteries for the engine - a primary and a backup in the exterior storage compartment behind the driver's seat.
The unit has a 16-gallon freshwater tank and a hot water heater that also has a 2.7 gallon tank.
The unit features a Zero Breeze Mark 2 2,300 BTU portable air conditioner in the storage compartment below the bed that keeps the living space nice and cool. The large bed has a nice matteress and has a TV bracket if TV is desired.
There is plenty of storage space and the galley area features a mini refrigerator/freezer, a toaster oven and a propane 2 burner stove and a kitchen sink. There is an air mattress for additional overnight company and the unit has a full shower.
The cab of the unit has all of the ambulance controls that are still functional - with some of the lights blanked out per local regulations.
This unit is unique and will provide the next owner with boondocking options as well as campground living.
