45' Marquis Sapphire with three slides. Roadmaster chassis, CAT 505 HP 88,000 miles!
Located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 2003 Marquis Sapphire 45, manufactured by Beaver, is in great shape, well-maintained, clean, and ready for an adventure!
6/22/2022 owner had the unit fully serviced and anything that needed replacing or fixed was done ($8000). All new batteries, front AC replaced, gas hose replaced, the generator was serviced the battery box was replaced.
Also, unit roof was resealed in December 2021 (no leaks)
Sitting atop a Roadmaster chassis with the power of a 505hp Caterpillar engine and with only 88,000 current miles.
The Sapphire 45 model has lots of space for your family and friends, and all your camping gear, and outdoor toys with plenty of storage inside and out.
This RV really opens up with 3 slide-outs. This Marquis has a full galley with full size, a dinette that seats 4, and a dishwasher!
The living area is large and a great space for entertaining with a big drop-down TV. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a large shower, and the bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of storage. There is also a washer dryer combo in the hallway.
Cruise around in comfort during the hot summer months with 3 air conditioning units and 2 awnings and warm in the cooler months with heat.
The owner added slide toppers to all slides and entry.
This Marquis Sapphire 45 also has a generator and space for up to 168 lbs. of propane. She also has 2 solar panels that the current owners have not used.
