Garage Kept Monaco - Low Miles - Built Before the Merger
This 2003 Monaco Executive 40 PBDD is located in Sarasota, Florida, and has been garage kept by its current owner!
There were over $44,000 in upgrades added to this RV when new in 2003, including an upgraded 12kW Diesel generator and Aqua-Hot system.
Monaco's of this year were known for their high-quality builds, including a heavy-duty steel superstructure on a Roadmaster chassis. A Cummins ISM 500hp Diesel engine provides plenty of power for this overbuilt unit and still allows for a 10,000lbs towing capacity.
Exterior storage is abundant with slide-out drawers and even a spare tire mounted on a wheel in the middle storage slideout.
The interior features all-leather seating across multiple luxurious sofas with pull-out storage underneath. When entering, to your left is a jack-knife sofa that can accommodate one adult or two children.
The kitchen features a double sink, convection microwave, KitchenAid 2-burner stove, and double-door refrigerator/freezer that runs off of propane or electric and will auto-switch. Oversized slide-out drawers provide plenty of room for all the kitchenware you need.
Between the kitchen and master bedroom is the full bath. It is uniquely laid out so the bedroom and main living area can be closed for privacy. The shower and sink are on the opposite side of the enclosed head.
The bedroom features a Queen bed with storage underneath. There is walking space on either side of the bed. A washer/dryer combo is installed next to the master bedroom.
