This unit has 50% vinyl floors and 50% carpet. Lots of space with the three slide-outs! Large bathroom with skylight above the shower. Two TV's included, one in the front and one in the bedroom.
The Ford V10 has less than 6,000 miles! Onan 5.5kW generator works great ( 130 hours) and powers up the 50Amp system with no problems.
As you walk in the door to your immediate left there are storage cabinets added but they are freestanding and can be removed if the new owner wanted to add a chair or desk.
The seller says the roof is in great shape and no leaks of any kind. This unit has tons of basement storage and also comes with the 4 seasons package.
