2005 Minnie Winnie 31C by Winnebago with Ford E450 chassis, powered with the proven Triton 6.8L V10 engine.
This Minnie Winnie has only 41,640 miles and has had routine and regular maintenance.
The slide was just serviced.
The 31C has a great layout. It is both spacious and inviting. Sleeps 8 in comfort. Queen bed in the master stateroom, plus the convertible dinette sleeper and hide-a-bed sofa sleeper. Let's not forget the cab-over berth for unexpected guests.
The full galley includes a stove with oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer. An oversized pantry in a Class C makes provisioning a pleasure. Portsmouth Oak cabinets are solid wood and in fine condition.
No unusual wear inside. The seating is not torn or scuffed.
Onan 4.0kW Generator with 753 hours has been recently serviced.
Has a complete tow package allowing you to tow up to 5000lbs. There is a backup camera when needed.
Two newer Everstart deep cycle house batteries.
Six newer tires were put on September 2021 with less than 200 miles on them.
The patio awning is being replaced and will be all new when you pick it up.
