2008 Itasca Horizon (40TD) Diesel Pusher, Low Mileage, Sleeps 8, Lots of Storage & Entertainment Features!
This 2008 Horizon 40TD by Itasca has a spacious interior layout with sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Externally you'll find lots of storage with easy slide tray storage and a TV, stereo, and speakers. The Cummins 400 HP diesel engine provides excellent power and torque to take you down the road.
The cab area has a pair of leather Captain's chairs with cabinet storage overhead. Curtains are supplied to provide privacy.
A dash-mounted camera provides a rear view when backing up. An in-dash radio with a CD player provides entertainment while traveling down the road.
There are HWH auto-leveling controls for deploying and retracting the leveling jacks.
The kitchen appliances included a large microwave/convection, a dishwasher, a 3-burner stove with cover, a dual sink with covers, and a 4-door refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker.
There are lots of cabinets and drawer storage and a pantry with pull-out shelves.
There is a central vacuum connection at one end of the kitchen cabinetry.
Windows surround a sofa sleeper in one of the slides with valance and blinds. A TV and end table is in the corner next to the sofa.
There is a dinette that converts into a bed located along the left side of the Horizon. Overhead there is a light fixture and cabinet storage.
An additional sofa is located next to the dinette opposite the other sofa. This sofa can also be converted into a sleeping space and has storage overhead.
The master bathroom has a foot-flush toilet, a large vanity with a sink, a shower, and cabinet storage.
In the hallway leading to the master bedroom, you'll find a pair of large hanging closets with lots of drawer storage to take along a lot of clothing.
A queen-size bed with a headboard and nightstand straddles the bedroom. There are lots of overhead cabinets for bedding or other cargo.
Along the back wall, you'll find a closet in the corner with solid wood doors with a washer/dryer combination unit inside.
A large cedar-lined hanging closet with shelves will provide space to take along lots of clothes.
