This (2) owner, 2008 Mountain Aire by Newmar on a Spartan chassis, is located in Parrish, Florida. The current seller has owned it for several years and keeps it inside a large building.
Powered by a Cummins ISM 450hp diesel, you will have a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs! When off the grid, an onboard Onan Diesel 10.0kW will easily power all onboard systems. New navigation and stereo head unit has been installed with flat screens.
No matter how hot the climate gets, you'll stay cool with (3) updated A/C's replaced in 2021! All the lights on the exterior and interior have been replaced with LED's. New headlights and tail lights.
The interior features a tiled floor, two recliners, a dinette with chairs, and a convertible leather sofa. The coach is all electric and has no propane. The kitchen has an electric stove, convection microwave, double sink, residential refrigerator, and DISHWASHER!
