NOTE THIS ONE HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED
The current owner is meticulous and has continued to complete general maintenance. For example he has replaced tires in 2019 as well as a new A/C and new battery.

PRIVACY AT THE FRONT OF THE UNIT
The private master bedroom is buffered by the entertainment center.
