2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QTH has a Cummins Diesel engine, Ready to hit the open road!
This is an excellent example of a well-maintained 2010 Tiffin Phaeton (Model is 40 QTH). She is beautiful inside and out, and you can tell when you first see her that she has been well cared for and maintained. This model was the last year before DEF.
You'll appreciate the beauty and roominess of this coach the minute you step inside. With four slide-outs, there is plenty of living space in every area, from the main living area (extended with the front two chairs swiveled).
The Master bedroom features a king-sized, walk-around bed, a large closet, a washer and dryer, and many drawers to keep all your clothes.
The bathroom is designed with a separate sink and vanity and a walk-in shower. The toilet has a separate door, and there is a toilet, sink, and vanity.
The kitchen has everything you'll need: a residential refrigerator-freezer, a convection microwave, a 3-burner stovetop (with a cover to allow for more counter space when not in use), and an oven. It also has stainless steel, a double kitchen sink, and a pantry for additional supplies.
In the main living area, you'll find everything you could want, with two convertible sofas (one with an inflatable mattress and the other is a jackknife) and a dining table with four matching chairs. (two of the chairs are still in Michigan that will need to be shipped to the new owners). There's also an office setup that includes a file cabinet, a place for a printer, and a desktop for your computer.
The front chairs in the living area will seat about ten people if you want to have friends or family over to visit.
