2012 Fleetwood tioga ranger in Excellent Condition!!! Barely Used!!
Beautiful and super comfortable Tioga Ranger 31N ready for a new home.
This particular model comes with the ultra desirable layout of bunks beds and extra dinette. As well as exterior entertainment.
As you enter, you are greeted by a massive open area. As you move forward, the driver area and cab over are all super well lit, and offer lots of headroom to move around. The cab over has its own TV that can be swing out to be seen by the living space too.
Next, you have 1 of the dinettes, this one seats comfortably 4 people and can be converted into a bed too. There is plenty of storage space overhead in this area. Across you have your sofa bed, ideal to enjoy the TV, or just rest after a long day of camping.
The kitchen area is in its ideal location right across the entrance. Fully loaded with microwave, stove, oven, sink and refrigerator, you can cook any meal you want here. There is lots of storage all around this area.
A unique feature of this unit is the second dinette right before entering the main bedroom. This space is ideal for kids doing their homework, or just to host 2 more guests having a bite. This dinette converts into bunk beds, allowing for more sleeping area if needed. The table comes down to make one of the bunks, and the other bunk flips down with a hydraulic assisted mechanism. Super easy to operate with 1 hand.
Across is your full bathroom with a big shower, sink and toilet. There is lots of space to move around in here. The skylight and lights provide all the illumination needed here.
Last, the main bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Lots of storage all around for clothes and gear, as well as its own TV. There is a pull out vanity area right in front of the bed, for extra comfort when getting ready.
