Beautiful & Roomy - 2013 Pinnacle by Jayco (36REQS) - Super Clean, Smoke-free & Pet-free!
The 2013 Pinnacle 36REQS is designed to be as close to home away from home as possible.
From the two 15,000 BTU air conditioners to the 35,000 BTU furnace, and top it off, you have a 5,000 BTU fireplace to make it feel cozy and comfortable.
Then a 12-gallon water heater when more than one needs to take a shower at a time.
A kitchen with lots of storage, cabinets, a pantry, and plenty of electrical outlets plug in your toaster or coffee pot.
The dinette has four chairs, and even the chairs have storage in the seat.
It is a 4 season unit that keeps you warm in the winter and cools in the summer. Doesn't matter where you call home; you know it will be comfortable.
The main suite has a comfortable walk-around King Size bed and lots of storage in the closet and dresser and under the bed.
This has been lived in for the last six months. It is used as a spare bedroom, and it has worked perfectly.
The sofa needs to be reupholstered, but the two recliners in storage are in good condition.
She is now ready for a new family well taken care of, and you too can call this home sweet home.
