This beautiful 2014 Rushmore Lincoln is located in Bay Minette, Alabama, and includes 5 slide outs, a three-burner stove, and DUAL 8 cf. double-door refrigerators!
Also included with this unit is a queen size bed, one convertible sofa, and a couple of recliners w/USB charging station.
The loveseat has been reupholstered and the cover is removable for easy cleaning.
The recliners are newly added and are leather and electric with USB chargers. The owner is even including extra leather cleaner.
This fifth wheel is prewired for TV, Satellite, and Cable, and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The Power Retractable Awning has LED lighting and LED hitch lighting.
You will find that the interior is real wood.
There is floor lighting as well.
The fireplace works and adds to the ambiance of this fine RV.
Equipped with internal and external speakers, including surround sound. There is also a stereo with a CD player.
There are places for two interior TVs, but only one is included.
The owner has put a fresh paint job and wallpaper on the interior to brighten it up.
The living room television is on a 'televator.'
In the kitchen area, you'll find a convenient roll-out pantry.
The sellers removed the chairs at the kitchen table and replaced the seating with two beautiful padded stools. Makes for a lot more room!
