This Sprinter 311BHS by Keystone is a great camper for a family getting started camping. It has lots of room with the separate bunk room that sleeps up to 4 and the large U-shaped dinette that quickly converts into a sleeper and the sofa that quickly converts into a sleeper - and the queen bed in the bedroom - you can sleep up to 10!
The bedroom has lots of storage - 2 wardrobe closets on either side of the bed - plus counter space with a nightstand and drawer. The TV swings to allow the TV or the Mirror to be in the bedroom or swing back to the living space.
There is storage beneath the bed as well.
The living space has an open feel to it with the slide-out that includes the sofa and the U-shaped dinette - when out you've got plenty of space to enjoy a day at the campsite!
The Entertainment Center has a swivel TV cabinet with a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a built-in DVD player, and additional storage space above and below the TV cabinet.
The galley is fully equipped with a large refrigerator freezer that works on either propane or electric (shore power - 30 Amp). The appliance includes a microwave, hood fan, 3-burner gas stove top, and oven below, and the stainless steel double kitchen sink with a cover. There is plenty of cabinet space - plus a large floor-to-ceiling pantry closet on the right of the refrigerator/freezer.
There is another large closet just before entering the bunk room and right across from the bathroom.
The bathroom features a shower/tub with a skylight overhead, the toilet, and a bathroom sink with a medicine cabinet (with mirror) over the sink and cabinet space below the sink. The second outside entrance is also in the bathroom for quick and easy access from outdoors when desired.
The bunk room is a significant feature of this floorplan - it has a 3/4 bunk on the lower right - and a twin bunk bed above it that can be raised if you want to use the lower as a sofa during the day. There is a pull-out trundle bunk in the form of a drawer below the lower bunk - and the second bunk bed above the cabinet / TV cabinet. There is a built-in ladder to the left of the space for a TV in the cabinet.
There is an emergency exit out the rear window if necessary.
Outside, the large electric awning provides a break from the sun or inclement weather. There are exterior speakers for the stereo or the TV. There is a bracket that allows a TV to be mounted on the exterior under the large patio awning with an electric outlet and TV cable jacks directly below it. You can bring the TV or add a second TV that mounts on the bracket to enable watching the big game on the exterior TV or enjoy a family favorite - a movie under the stars!
The exterior kitchen is another star for this model. It boasts a refrigerator with an inside freezer compartment, a sink, and a 2-burner stove, plus the exterior mounted bracket for the bbq grill on the rear bumper. There are cabinets for storage and an electrical outlet for power plus light for evening use.
There is the spare tire mounted on the rear of the unit, and there are four stabilizer jacks - one on each corner - they are manual - but with an electric drill and the right size socket - they can be raised and lowered quickly.
At the front of the unit, there is a full-width storage compartment and at the tongue of the unit - the power tongue jack allows for quick and easy setup and takedowns. The propane tanks have a nice rock guard - that matches the finish of the unit - so the propane tanks are literally hidden, but still easily accessible with 4-turn screws that provide quick and easy access.
The house battery box is directly behind the power tongue jack. The battery is in good condition with no corrosion noted. The RV comes with the weight distribution system bars and the anti-sway bars as shown in the photo. The hitch does not come with the RV.
All of the RV systems (hot water heater, city water, fresh water tank, exterior shower, sewer and power) are clearly marked and easily accessible.
