2014 Road Warrior by Heartland. 3 A/C units, hydraulic leveling, fireplace, washer/dryer ready, queen electric bunks, loft, 7 Goodyear 14 ply tires.
This 2014 Road Warrior 425 fifth wheel is located in Jean Lafitte, LA.
The RV has lots of conversion areas inside.
The RV is a toy hauler and has a 12 foot garage on back, perfect for bringing along your favorite gas powered toys. It even has an outdoor gas fueling station to make sure you can enjoy your toys to the fullest.
The drop down ramp at the rear of the hauler converts to an outdoor patio. There is an electric awning that extends over the patio, to provide protection from the elements while enjoying the patio.
Inside the garage is an electric switch, that lowers from the ceiling, a convertible dining booth/sofa bed combo. When in dining booth configuration, there are holes in the floor to drop a table between the 2 sofas to become a booth.
The garage also has a half bath with toilet, sink and vanity. A great location to clean up without entering the bathroom in the main living area.
Entering the main living area from the garage, there is a ladder that leads to a cubby sleeping area in a small space just above the the entry way.
The main living area has a large pantry, stove, oven, microwave and residential refrigerator/freezer. There is a long island with double sink and lots of cabinets and drawers for storage.
Along the wall is a comfortable seating area for six, made up of 4 recliners and 2 sofa style seats. In front of the seating area there are holes in the floor that allow two long drop in tables to be placed in front of the seats. Perfect for dining or lounging with snacks.
The entertainment center has TV, satellite radio, and CD Player. At the bottom of the entertainment center is a nice electric fireplace.
Walking up a few stairs toward the area over the front of the fifth wheel, there is full size bathroom with bath tub/shower combo, toilet, sink and vanity,
The master bedroom is located in the front of the RV. It has a king size bed, mirrored hanging closets, a laundry prep area with washer/dryer hookups, and a TV and hutch with large drawers.
