Spacious interior with electric radiant heated porcelain tile flooring throughout.
Original owners opted for two leather fully reclining chairs with footstools instead of the leather sleeper sofa. Next to the fireplace, custom cabinets were installed in place of the desk/workspace area.
The bedroom boasts the optional king-size, select-comfort bed. Off the bedroom, the full bathroom is exceptional with a cedar-lined wardrobe, stackable washer and dryer, beautifully tiled shower, and stunning under mount glass bowl sink with led accents.
The 45P is completely electric, whether using the 10.0kW Onan generator or the eight-house batteries, so no propane is needed.
For the driver, comfort and convenience are forefront.
The ultra-leather 6-way power driver seat, adjustable pedals, rear-view cameras, and the included options of the collision warning system as well as the adaptive cruise control, are just a few of the features making this a dream RV to drive.
This Dynasty also has the Air Force One Braking System that energizes the towed vehicle's power brakes and uses a pilot signal from the coach's air brake system to deliver 100% direct proportional braking.
Whopping seven solar panels sit atop the RV. Two customized fans in the engine hatch area that diverts the heat away allowing it to be cooler in the rear of the RV.
Seller also has a Blue Ox tow bar that will be included with the sale.
