2016 Grand Design Reflection (303RLS) - Fifth Wheel RV in Lynchburg, OH
This 2016 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS proves good things do indeed come in small packages.
Even though it's under 33ft. in length overall and under 10,000 lbs. dry weight don't let that fool you, the build quality and features Grand Design is known for are all there.
The current owners used the trailer throughout the SW US before moving it to the Midwest and using it as a full time living option before finding a home.
The trailer has clearly benefitted from experienced owners and has been nicely kept and updated as needed.
The roof was replaced in 2019 due to tree limb puncture damage and the Flexsteel loveseat / stadium style recliner was added at the same time.
The current owners have also put in a new residential grade faucet in the kitchen and shower head in the bathroom which are really nice for longer term stays or full time living.
The living space has an open feel and is highlighted by the entertainment center and fireplace.
The upstairs bedroom and full bath create the perfect space to get away in comfort as the trailer is equipped with 50Amp service and the second bedroom AC!
