Full bath with skylight/fan, porcelain toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet, full kitchen has three burner gas range and oven with fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, and lots of storage.
Equipped with standard interior pkg, wood cabinets, window shades, added flat screens, fan, and cable ready. Ladder access to loft.
40-gallon freshwater capacity, 26-gallon tanks each for grey and black water storage.
Cummins Onan RVQG4000 LPG generator with low hours.
The exterior is two-tone white/tan with graphics. It has a retractable 11' electric exterior sun shade.
The engine is Triton V10 with TorqShift 6-speed auto transmission. No current reported issues from the owner.
