The 36Z's smart layout and 3 slides make room to sleep 7 with two in the private bedroom, two in the drop-down bed, two more in the sleeper sofa, and at least another in the convertible dinette. The half bath is in the center of the RV. The full bath spans the width of the unit at the back.
The spacious greatroom includes an upgraded stove/ oven, and a theater system with a hide-away large-screen TV. The ingenious cabinet hides the TV when not in use and includes wine racks on each side. An electric fireplace is at the base of the cabinet and generates heat when you want it.
The gourmet kitchen rivals with a 4-drawer pull-out pantry, full-size refrigerator, and both an oven range and a microwave/ convection oven.
This Sightseer is equipped for extended tours on and off the grid with large water tanks and a robust power system. The generator produces 5.5 KW and powers the whole house. The owner indicates the 4 house batteries will keep the refrigerator powered for extended periods, as well, when the generator is not in use. Two air conditioners cool the unit quickly, one of the air conditioners has a heat pump. And of course, the central heat is fueled by the 76 lb propane capacity onboard.
To set up site with the Sightseer, engage the auto-levelers and the 3 slide-outs, deploy the patio awning and the door awning, and let the fun begin! This Sightseer has an outdoor TV and sound system, heated tanks, and dual pane windows!
