2017 Grand Design Bunkhouse Sleeps 10 with 4 slides, 6 way auto leveling,3 smart tv's
Very clean 2017 Reflection 311 BHS ready for new adventures. The trailer is in very nice condition mechanically and cosmetically with no odors or excessive signs of wear.
Very nice bunk house configuration allowing you to sleep up to 10 people with surprising room and comfort for all. With a large living area and kitchen, one and a half baths and inside and outside entertainment there is something for everyone.
There is loads of storage outside as well as a large slide out TV and 2 power awnings. There is also a full outside kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Tailgate parties and outside movie nights just got a whole lot cooler.
Inside is warm and inviting with a center island kitchen, a fireplace/entertainment center, 1.5 baths and separate front and rear living areas. The kitchen has loads of storage as well as a full size French door fridge, 3 burner stove with oven and a microwave/convection oven.
Note that the seller removed the dining table and replaced with an additional sofa that worked better for their needs. Table with base can be purchased through Grand Design for @170.00 USD + shipping - any chairs can be used.

The trailer is insulated for 4 season enjoyment and has an upgraded tankless hot water heater so everyone is covered. The forward bath has a large shower enclosure and both baths have toilet, sink and storage.
The trailer had new tires and wheels installed in 2021 along with an upgraded suspension system to allow easy trailering. Seller reports the unit to handle well and tow easily.
