Roomy Sanibel 3601. King size bed, New Theatre Seats, New Sofa, Central Vac, Washer/Dryer Combo
The 2017 Sanibel 3601 is a spacious well designed fifth wheel. It has a well outfitted island kitchen, a newly replaced pair of theatre seats, a newly replaced sofa, and an entertainment center with a fireplace. A king bed in the bedroom, a walk-in closet provides lots of storage space, and there is a washer/dryer combination for convenience.
The island kitchen will satisfy the cook in the family. The kitchen island has a dual kitchen sink with pull-out faucet. There is drawer and cabinet space provided at the island.
The appliance list in the kitchen consists of a large microwave with hood fan/light, a 3-burner stove with cover, an oven, and a 3-door refrigerator/freezer.
There is lots of cupboard and drawer storage for pots, pans, and provisions. There is also a large pantry provided for additional supplies.
Across from the kitchen is the dining table with chairs. A pair of pendant lights hang overhead. There are full windows to the side and behind the table with blinds.
A pair of recently replaced theatre seats are located next to the dining table. The theatre seats have power footrests, charging ports, and beverage holders. Overhead is cabinet storage.
The sofa has also been replaced recently. It does not transform into a bed but is does have footrests. There are windows with blinds to three sides of the sofa with overhead cabinet storage.
The entertainment center has storage cabinets at the top, a mounting bracket for a TV, built-in speakers, and a electric fireplace. The TV recently broke and has not been replaced.
The full bathroom is equipped with a foot-flush toilet, a vanity with sink, a medicine cabinet, a walk-in shower with skylight and molded seat, and an electric ceiling fan.

There is a dresser with six large drawers and overhead storage and a TV opposite the foot of the bed.
A large closet with sliding mirrored doors is located next to the bed. Located inside the closet are additional drawers and shelf storage.
