2018 SPRINGDALE BY KEYSTONE 311RE TRAVEL TRAILER FIREPLACE
This very nicely equipped 2018 SPRINGDALE BY KEYSTONE 311RE TRAVEL TRAILER. This trailer has two pop-outs across from one another creating a very large living room. It opens up to 14 ft in total width. The length of the trailer with hitch is 35 ft 7in.
The layout includes an electric fireplace. There are also nice features like a stereo with inside & outside speakers for all of your listening enjoyment. The air conditioning runs of 50 amp service and is pre-wired ready for second air conditioner if wanted. If not plugged in to electrical, a small inverter generator 2200 watt Ryobi ran the air just fine if you are noon docking.
The travel trailer hasn't been getting the use that was intended as kids are older and this family has other interests. This could be used to travel or live in for an extended time.
Per the owner, there's another year on transferable extended warranty.
