Well Maintained 2019 CEDAR CREEK SILVERBACK 31IK fifth wheel!
Every aspect of this Silverback RV is in exceptional condition. It has many extras that make it comfortable to operate, set up and/or live in.
In the bedroom, you will find a king sized bed, a large closet with mirrored doors, and washer/dryer hookups. There is also a large flat-screen TV with dresser drawers under it.
Moving aft off the hallway to the kitchen/living area is the bath, complete with shower, toilet, lavatory, and medicine cabinet above. There is a skylight and vent in the bath area.
The kitchen is more than functional with a residential-sized fridge/freezer and a pantry, double sink island, three burner stove/oven, and microwave. There is also a dining table with four chairs.
The living area has a huge flat-screen TV with a fireplace below. The fireplace has a digital thermostat for controlling the heat output. There are also two recliners w/usb ports and a sleeper sofa.
The exterior is blemish free, with lots of storage and an outside shower.
All of this is topped off with new tires and fresh batteries.
Per the seller, with the installed Bluetooth, everything about this RV can be controlled with a phone.
