Looking for a Special Edition Fifth Wheel that makes life on the road like home on the go? Then look no further - this single-owner, 2019 Cedar Creek Silverback Edition 31IK Fifth Wheel is the 20th Anniversary model that is loaded with special features! This is an Extended Stay model that is built for long term living at its best!
The luxurious feel and warm decor make this your home on the go - or great for a long term parked situation. The dual 15K BTU ducted AC units keep it cool on the hottest of days and the heated tanks for cold weather too!
The floorplan is roomy and comfortable with opposing slide-outs in the living area and galley that adds to the impact this unit has when you walk in. The large kitchen island with double kitchen sink and matching covers with the solid surface countertops and lots of additional storage in the island. The dining table with seating for up to 4 is on your left and then the 2 large oversized recliners that face the entertainment center / fireplace. The sleeper sofa is at the end of the living area with cabinets overhead and quickly converts into the second sleeping area when its time to turn in.
The entertainment center features a large flat-screen TV and a Stereo System with sound speakers throughout the unit and outside too. The 36-inch electric fireplace keeps the living area nice and warm all by itself.
The galley is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, a four-door residential refrigerator/freezer, residential size microwave over range hood fan/light over the 3-burner stove top with castiron grates, and the gas oven below. The double kitchen sing is in the island. There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets, the full-height pantry closet to the right of the refrigerator, and the sideboard hutch and cabinets.
There is a central vacuum system with sweep up access in the steps up to the hallway to the bath and master bedroom. The control panel is in the entryway cabinet and has the In-Command touch-screen control center that also has a smartphone app to allow you to control it from anywhere as long as you have internet service or WiFi.
The bathroom features a 48-inch shower with seat and skylight overhead for lots of natural lighting. The bathroom sink has a medicine cabinet overhead and cabinets below as well as to the side of the medicine cabinet. The toilet is a porcelin toilet across from the bathroom sink.
The master bedroom features a King-size bed, with storage space beneath it, and large sliding door (mirrored) walk-in wardrobe closet that has shelving and hanging bars across the full width of the closet. The stacked clothes washer and dryer unit are to the right of the wardrobe closet. The closet also has the King WiFiMAX router/range extender and allows you to create your own personal, private and secure WiFi network, just like you have at home.
Outside there is a full-width storage bay towards the front of the RV - and you have access to the In-Command Control Center system, the central Vac system and on the opposite side the Water Systems Control Center and the auto-leveling system plus the power cord storage reel.
This RV comes with a Sidewinder Hitch installed - that allows sharper turns using a shortbed truck if desired.
The front of the unit has a large storage bay that houses the hydraulic pump for the auto-leveling system, the batteries, inverter and more.
The 2 30-gallon propane tanks are in a single location that makes filling quick and easy. All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible (power, water, 12-Gallon hot water heater, sewer and more). The unit is also equipped with wireless backup camera and monitor.
