The living area features a sofa/sleeper that makes out into a King bed with overhead storage, theater-style recliners with heat, massage, and LED lighting, an electric fireplace, a 50" LED Furrion TV with hidden storage, an entertainment center with Bluetooth/CD/DVD stereo system with surround sound.
The kitchen features an island with a double sink, single pull-down faucet, 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and ample storage for all your kitchen essentials. The dining area features a stand-alone table and four chairs.
The bath features a corner shower with glass doors, a porcelain toilet, sink vanity with a medicine cabinet, and a linen storage closet with dual entry, one being a pocket door to the master.
The master bedroom features a King bed (no mattress included) with under bed storage, LED dimmable reading lights in white or blue, overhead storage cabinets, a large closet with mirrored doors, a washer/dryer prep closet, a dresser with two drawers, and two ACs. The sellers added a 9,000 BTU mini-split AC for a total of 3 ACs.
