The sellers of this 2019 NeXus 27V love the impressive gas mileage of the Ford Triton 6.8 L V10 gasoline engine, the smooth ride of the Ford chassis, and the ease of setting up their RV. But they like the most how easy it is to find a spot at an RV park. They had no problems finding space in the Florida keys during peak season!
This NeXus Class C/ B+ is shorter, less wide, and l than a typical Class A or Class C RV, which means you can fit into almost any of the spots at the RV parks. When others are turned away, you will zip into your spot and have your RV set up within minutes!
Don't let the smaller size fool you, either. This RV feels big. The slide in the main area provides a large living space for relaxation and food preparation. The slide in the queen-sized bedroom provides plenty of room to access the ample storage and to get in and out of bed. The dinette folds out into a full bed. You will like the spaciousness of this RV.
With electric leveling jacks, this RV sets up easily. In addition to the 30 ft power cord, a second 300-foot power cord is included!
The owner lived in the RV for a few months on family property and wanted to park it under an open barn roof that was a distance away. The RV has an Onan 4.0kW gasoline generator for those times when you do not have access to power.
The cab is well equipped with a power driver's side seat and touchscreen stereo. Included are both a privacy curtain between the cab and living area and a custom blackout cover for the windshield and side cab windows. The RV also has a power awning with LED lighting.
