She's located in Aubrey, Texas and has only had 2 owners. The seller has painted the inside white and made slight modifications to the interior. The Queen bed in the main room was removed to make room for a baby bed. The Queen bed can be re-installed. The fold out bed in the garage was customized to be a full Queen bed that drops down. This Toy-hauler is set up for extreme activities with a garage and a rear patio, plus an external fuel tank to refuel all your toys, and this RV allows you to do it ALL in a beautiful modern style.
This Momentum expands the interior living space with three electric slides; the interior is light and bright, with large windows that include privacy blinds. The living area includes a beautiful heated fireplace, large flat-screen TV, a recliner and dining table.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals away from home, with stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas cooktop, a traditional oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator freezer with an icemaker. The kitchen island has a double stainless steel sink, a divided sink cover, a pull-out spray faucet, and cabinet and drawer storage below.
There is also additional storage in the lighted pantry closet, which includes a sleeping loft above that can be used for extra interior storage.
The bedroom is now set up for a baby's room but can be changed to your desire. There are washer/dryer hookups in the closet.
The main bath has a full-size shower with a beautiful rainmaker showerhead, a handheld shower, a fold-down shower seat, glass sliding doors, and a large skylight. There is a nice vanity top, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and drawer and cabinet storage below.
This Momentum will keep all areas of the RV comfortable with three A/c units, and this RV makes for an easy clean-up after all your gatherings with the included central vac.
The garage has a private side entry door and space for your toys. The garage is 12' 6" by 8' wide. There's an exterior fueling station as well.
