2021 Solitude 390RK located in the Foothills of North Carolina. This is your opportunity to purchase a lightly used and well cared for 5th Wheel camper with very little highway travel.
This camper made a trip from Maryland to North Carolina, where it was parked and set up. It is currently being used as a part-time residence for a couple making a move from the Eastern part of the state to the Foothills.
Due to the Drop Frame Chassis design, there is a tremendous amount of lockable storage space in the basement. From the axles to the rear is pass-through storage with an additional opening at the rear with an easy pullout tray providing easy access to your stored items. This design also provides easy access to plumbing and other features for maintenance, should it be required.
The five slides make the interior very spacious with an open-concept feel. The kitchen is at the rear of the camper with raised flooring. It is a complete kitchen with a four-burner gas stove and oven with an exhaust hood, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a double stainless steel sink, and a microwave.
Storage is abundant with hardwood framing on the cabinet doors and solid surface countertops. The island makes the perfect workstation for meal prep, and the bar overlooks the living room. You are never out of the conversation while in the kitchen.
In addition to the flat-screen TV and entertainment center, there is a nice fireplace in the living room. Electric theater-style recliners with heat and massage features are a focal point with a direct view of the TV and fireplace. To each side are dual sofa sleepers. One sofa has been removed, and a workstation was put in its place. The second sofa is available.
Up the steps and heading to the front of the camper, you find the bathroom on the left. It has a modern look and feel with double undermount sinks, a large mirror, and a vanity with medicine cabinets on each side. The shower is stand-up with a base that could easily double as a shallow tub. Perfect for small children to bathe.
The bedroom is at the very front of the camper, providing privacy and away from any commotion that might be going on in the rest of the camper. There is a king bed with storage underneath, a dresser, and lots of hanging closet space. There is a space for a washer and dryer currently being used as additional storage. The space is prepped for the washer /dryer.
