Fantastic 47-foot destination travel trailer, perfect for families or groups! Brand new, barely used. Plastic still on the dining chairs and beds.
The kids will love staying in this destination trailer! They will have their own privacy with the rear bunkhouse which has plenty of walking around space, opposing slides each with a set of 36" x 72" bunk beds, storage space for their clothes, and even their very own half bathroom.
You will feel right at home in the front private bedroom with the king bed slide with overhead cabinets, the front wardrobe with four sliding doors, a four drawer chest, and a TV backer area.
Everyone will stay squeaky clean with the full bathroom, which has a fiberglass tub with shower doors and an area prepped to add an optional washer and dryer, plus there is an outside shower to keep the dirt outside where it belongs.
Prepare everyone's favorite meals with the four-burner cooktop, enjoy them at the 38" dinette with chairs and store any leftovers in the black two-door stainless refrigerator!
Each one of these Recreation By Design Bay Point destination trailers has been built to last for years with a corrosion-proof underbelly and an I-beam frame with E-Coated corrosion-proofing. They are also constructed with triple-belt rail reinforced sidewalls, 2x4 floor framing, engineered trusses, and a detachable hitch. The R-7 insulation will keep the heat in from the floor ducted 40,000 BTU furnace and the cool air with the 15,000 BTU air conditioner with heat pump.
An electric awning allows you to sit outside and gaze out at your beautiful view while staying protected, rain or shine. There is upgraded vinyl inside with carpet in the living room and bedroom for an extra at-home touch.
