This rig is basically brand new and is Dealer Stock Only. When not in use it stays in covered storage.
Everyone can relax in the front living area on the opposing tri-fold sofas that allows sleeping for four adults, the home theatre seating with heat, ambient lighting, and massage. Directly across from the theater seating is the fireplace that has an area prepped for the TV above it and a hutch with drawers on either side to store your favorite movies.
You will feel right at home in the kitchen with the buffet, the walk-in pantry with a spot prepped for the optional washer and dryer, the high efficiency residential refrigerator, the three burner cooktop, and the kitchen island. The table with two fixed chairs and two folding chairs which can be folded and put in storage, is the perfect place to eat your meals and play card games.
You will feel like royalty sleeping on the king bed in the rear private bedroom which also has a dresser with shoe storage and a closet to keep your clothes looking their best.
Don't forget about the kids. The loft with two 38" x 72" oversized bunk mats, two storage areas, and a TV hook-up is their own private area that they will love. This area is accessed by stairs, not a ladder.
The large exterior folding entry assist grab handle at all entries makes entering easier than ever, and the motion sensor lights in the pass-through storage will allow you to unpack quickly. This rig includes a dual zone Bluetooth stereo optimized for USB flash drives, iPODs, and other MP3 players so you can listen to your favorite tunes, and there is outside TV prep in the pass-through if you enjoy watching movies outdoors.
There's an additional cargo area on the rear of the RV in the form of a fold down rack.
