This is a one-owner 2022 Columbus 379MBC by Forest River. The seller used it this Summer for a trip out West with his grandkids and is now ready to move on.
Some of the features on this one are an electric fireplace, auto leveling jacks, a bonus room that can be used as a bedroom or office, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker.
It has four slideouts. Each one has an awning topper. It will sleep nine with a tri-fold sleeper sofa in the living area, a tri-fold sleeper sofa and a bunk in the bonus room, a loft, and a king-size bed.
You will love the living area with two Allure electric recliners facing the 50" big-screen television and electric fireplace. Next to the recliners are the dining table and chairs. And, if you like to cook, this one has a great kitchen with an island and lots of prep space. It also has a large pantry for your dry goods. The stove is a four-burner, and you have a conventional oven. It has a larger microwave, and the refrigerator/freezer is full-size with an icemaker and a 1000w inverter.
Past the refrigerator is a bonus room. This room can be used as another bedroom or an office/study. It has a tri-fold sleeper sofa, a flip-up bunk, a hanging closet, and a closet with shelves. It also has connections for a television. Above the bonus room is a large loft bed. Coming up next is the bath with a large shower. It has a built-in seat and a skylight.
In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed with reading lights with USB charging ports. There is a large wardrobe closet, and another closet houses an LG steam washer/dryer combo.
Outside you have an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink and a mini fridge. There is also a propane quick-connect, should you need it. Setup is easy with the auto leveling jacks, and if you want to set up off-grid, it is wired for solar and a generator.
