Check out this practically new 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 21BHE available for sale in Ohio. The current owner purchased this RV in June 2022 and only used it for a few months. Their plan was to full time, but they had a change in family dynamics, so they are now selling.
Features include an outside kitchen, murphy bed, double over double bunks, wardrobe cubbies, 15' awning, upgraded Oxygenics shower head for higher pressure, no slide out (lighter, fewer repairs, & easier on travel days), 4-Seasons Protection & easily pulled by a 1/2-ton truck or full-size SUV!
This layout gives you a spacious living area during the day while allowing for privacy at night. The Murphy bed and sofa, the double size bunk beds, and the booth dinette allow for various entertaining and sleeping options of up to 8.
This RV is set up to boondock with 10 x 100w Renergy solar panels (plus one factory installed 150W panel, the 150 panel is not currently tied into the system). There is also a 3000w Victron inverter/charger, Victron MPPT charge controller, Victron Bluetooth battery monitor, and 600ah 12V Battle Born LiFePO4 batteries. This package retails for ~$7,500!
The RV also comes with a Nature's Head composting toilet. The black tank and original toilet have never been used. The seller still has the original toilet, and switching back would not be difficult.
A 2-bike RV-approved bumper bike rack is included.
