2008 Fleetwood Tioga 31M! Two slide-outs! Great Condition...New AWNINGS, Warranty until Jan 2024!
Truly low mileage....only 27314 as of Nov 10, 2022.
The seller purchased this CLASS C from a local dealership in 2021 and has used the RV for three family outings.
The seller recently replaced all the exterior awnings, so they are in "as new" condition.
Inside and out the RV is in good condition. I did not observe any dents or issues on the exterior other than the driver-side rear bumper...it is slightly bent but can be heated and straightened if desired.
Inside the RV is clean. All the solid-wood cabinet fronts are pretty...no scratches and no apparent wear.
All the slides work well, A/C is ice cold, and the 30,000 BTU heater does a great job and keeps the RV nice and cozy in cold weather.
Seating surfaces are nice and tight and show very little wear; some show none at all. The flooring is a combination of vinyl and carpet (the master bedroom is carpeted).
The cab-over bed is large enough to sleep two adults.
The center bathroom is large and has a shower with a door enclosure, a porcelain toilet, a bi-fold door to the master bath, and a solid hinged door to the hallway.
The tire date code is 3919....tires were produced in March 2019, so as of the date of publication, tires are approaching four years of age. They have good tread and appear to be in good condition.
