If you're looking for a farmhouse style, modern look, this 2014 Cedar Creek Forest River Silverback 31RK has been remodeled and updated for 4-season living.
Upon entry, the first thing you'll notice is the spaciousness of the unit. The living area features a ceiling fan to create wonderful airflow while you sit at an expandable table/desk from Ikea or on the Lazy Boy pull-out sofa. Soft window treatments replace the "camper" look for an open, airy vibe.
The upper kitchen cabinets have been repainted white over a coat of Kilz primer for an updated look. Cook will love the double kitchen sink and the side-by-side Dometic refrigerator/freezer, which holds lots of goodies.
Once you're finished exploring and entertaining yourself in nature, relax in the glass-enclosed shower, and get ready to enjoy your queen-size power adjustable bed--lift your hiking feet up, prop yourself up to watch TV on one of the two newly installed smart TVs, or take a book from the bookcase next to the bed and read in total comfort with the aide of a reading light.
For year-round living, this 4-season unit is well-insulated. It includes curtains that wrap around the windows that work to keep you cool in summer and cozy in winter. There is a ducted A/C, so only one is needed for the entire unit. The water and holding tanks are heated as well as the underbelly of the RV.
The awning is in good shape with no mold or rips. It comes with an attached shade screen that anchors to the ground.
